Blair is also the Vice Chairman of Personal Real Estate Corporation of CBRE Canada and Co-Founder of the CBRE High Technology Facilities Group.

Blair has over 27 years of experience in commercial real estate business. In 1994, he pioneered to form The High Technology Facilities Group, Vancouver’s only full-service tenant representation team to focus exclusively on serving BC’s technology sector. He was named top Producers in CBRE Group for several times. He participated in commercial real estate transactions of over 27 million square feet for hi-tech companies (sales and leasing) and over $1.8 billion of worth of commercial real estate transactions for all clients. 

Blair is a graduate from Queen’s University with a BA degree in Economics. 

Board Director and Committee Member

Eric is also the Founder and Managing Partner of LivEstate, a Real Estate Investment Management and Asset Managing Company focusing on helping foreign HNW, Family Offices and Funds invest, asset manage and operate in Japan's real estate market. Assets types invested to date includes residential, hotel, office and resort. 

Eric has over 22 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, planning, project management and asset management for listed property development companies and real estate investment management firms. 

Eric graduated from Rhode Island School of Design Architectural School and after becoming a registered architect in Hong Kong, he joined and worked 4 years for a Hong Kong listed developer before joining Goodwin and Kenneth Gaw (“Gaw Family”) in year 2000. For the next 8 years, he worked in various ventures/Funds managed by the Gaw Family including Gaw Capital. In July 2008, he joined LaSalle Investment Management (“LaSalle”), the private equity investment arm of JLL based in Shanghai, he was responsible for the Greater China investments of LaSalle Asia Opportunistic Fund III and IV (Combined fund size US$ 3.5 Bil.). After his departure from LaSalle, he and 2 partners founded LivEstate in 2017.

Vivinne is also a Non-Executive Director of Demsey Hill Capital, an equity fund manager based in Singapore. Founded in 2012, Dempsey Hill Capital is a fundamental long-only equity fund manager that specializes solely on the Asian consumer sector (consumer discretionary, consumer staples, and consumer technology).

Vivinne has over 25 years of experience in  finance industry. Before joining Demsey Hill Capital, she was held senior executive positions in leading securities and fund management companies in Hong Kong and Singapore. She was a managing director of JP Morgan securities, Merril Lynch Securities Limited, HSBC Securities Limited, Bear Sterns Securities Limited and Mcquarie Securities Limited HK. She was a director at Credit Swiss First Boston where she started her career in finance.

Vivinne graduated from Simon Fraser University with a BA degree in Economics and French. She was also licensed with Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) (1994-2013) and Monetary Authority of Singapore (1996-2003).  

Senior Advisor

Daniel is also the Founder, Managing Director & Investment Committee Member of LionRock Capital and has over 25 years of experience in the direct investments industry. 

Prior to founding Lionrock Capital in 2011, Daniel served as the Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai Properties Direct Investments Limited. He worked from 1997 to 2000 at GE Equity, the private equity arm of GE Capital, and from 1993 to 1995 at DE Shaw, a major global hedge fund.

Daniel previously served as an independent Board Director for Gourmet Master (Taiwan Stock Exchange: 2723) and for HC2 Holdings (New York Stock Exchange: HCHC). Daniel also previously served on the Board of Directors of RCN Corporation (NASDAQ: RCNI), a leading cable, telephone, and data services provider, and Chinacast Education Corporation (NASDAQ: CAST), a premier educational services provider in the People's Republic of China.

In addition, Daniel is a Senior Advisor to Owens Corning (NYSE: OC), a Fortune 500 company & world leader in supplying building materials systems and composite solutions, for which he served as an independent board member from 2006 until 2010.

Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree from Princeton University and a Master's Degree from Harvard University.

Senior Advisor

Eraldo has over thirty years of experience in the luxury brand management and retail sector.
In the last 5 years, he served as the CEO of Stuart Weitzman of the Tapestry Group and the CEO of Salvatore Ferragamo.

Prior to this he was CEO at Furla from 2010 to 2016, where he played an important role in developing the brand into a global company.

Before 2010, Eraldo spent 13 years at Brooks Brothers parent company Retail Brand Alliance, Inc., rising through a number ofdifferent leadership roles, including president of strategic development & international business and chief merchandising officer.

Eraldo graduated from The University of Turin. He also holds a Master Degree in Fashion, Retail and Textile Management from ISTAO, IstitutoAdriano Olivetti in Ancona. 

Director

Andrew is currently the CEO of Hsin Chong International Holdings Limited, a single-family office in Hong Kong. He is a fellow of CPA Australia and a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Public Accountants. 

Andrew has started his career on Wall Street trading derivatives at Lehman Brothers. He has managed pension funds at Principal Insurance, MPF funds at Standard Chartered Bank, hedged fund portfolios at EFG private bank, and subsequently cross border funds for Yue Xiu asset management. 

Andrew graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Columbia University, New York.  He received a master’s degree in Economics from New York University, and he also received a master’s degree in Investment Management from the Hong Kong University of Science & Technology.

Investment Director

Prior to joining CPAX Capital, Brian was a Senior Investment Manager of Fung Capital Asia Investments Limited. He has over 20 years of experience in investment management, finance, and operations within the Fung Group. He also has extensive experience in business strategy and macro economic analysis. He was a co-author of “Supply Chain Management, Li & Fung Group’s Experiences” (Chinese Edition) published by Chinese People University Press. 

Brian is a CFA charter holder and a qualified accountant in Hong Kong. He graduated from the University of Hong Kong in Accountancy and Birkbeck, University of London in Philosophy.
